These Meditations are open to anyone who wants to join and are designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for all participants to experience deep relaxation and healing. During the Meditation you will be able to feel peaceful and calm, while your body and mind relax, rest, and heal.

ThetaHealing Session
A ThetaHealing session is intended to help you in any area of your life where you are experiencing challenges or feel stuck or unmotivated. When you are in a Theta state, all your internal body organs can operate effectively and your immune system kicks in. A Theta brainwave state is a very deep state of relaxation, a dream state, always creative, inspirational, and characterized by very spiritual sensations.
What to Expect
Anna will discuss with you and get a deep understanding of your specific area of challenge, your request for the session, and then the Healing will begin. All you need to do is be in a quiet, private space where you are able to completely relax.
During the session, Anna will help you let go of any limiting beliefs, patterns, fears, and negative programming related to your specific request for this session. All healing work during the session is done with your explicit permission and participation and you stay fully conscious.
At the end of each session, you will have answers to your specific area of concern and action steps you need to take for a positive resolution to your challenge. Change occurs immediately after the session with a sense of calmness and clarity, often followed by a new awareness and purpose. A ThetaHealing session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Anna advises you to leave at a minimum another 15 minutes for yourself after the session ends to fully feel the effects and write down the action steps you will be taking toward your most fulfilling life.
