Guided Meditations with Anna

Each guided meditation with Anna is performed in the Theta State, using the transformative principles of ThetaHealing. This unique approach helps release emotional and energetic burdens, allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself. With clear and focused intentions, these meditations provide profound benefits that often last for days, leaving you feeling lighter, more centered, and at peace.

General Instructions

  1. Have a drink of water to hydrate your body and find a comfortable place, free of interruptions.
  2. Put a drop of Frankincense and Lime or Frankincense and Wild Orange or any oil combination of your liking into your palms. Rub your hands together and inhale deeply the aroma of Essential Oils, exhale everything you no longer need (repeat a total of 3 times)
  3. Allow yourself to quiet your mind and be fully immersed in the meditation
  4. Stay in the Theta state as long as you want/need after the meditation—and taking a nap afterward is always good 🙂
  5. Do not listen while engaged in other activities that require your full attention-like driving your vehicle.

Note: Keep a journal next to you in case you need to write down any insights that may come into your awareness after meditation.
